TIPS, TOOLS, And FUNESS

  • MAKE A PLAN. Weight watchers. Portion control. Southbeach. Doesnt matter. Just make a plan and STICK WITH IT. Dont wing it!!
  • EXERCISE. You can fight it all you want, but make no mistake, you WILL need to move on this journey.
  • LOG YOUR FOOD. Either on line, or in a journal. Greatest tool I ever received. My food journal. It is FAR too easy to lie to yourself about how much you are eating…
  • GET SUPPORT. Either on line or in person, you need a support system.
  • BE REALISTIC. You are going for LONG term success…Anyone can lose weight quickly. Sadly, most of them regain. It is a lifestyle, NOT a diet…
  • EDUCATE YOURSELF. Read books. Read teh internet. Pick a system that works FOR YOU. Everyone is different. You need something you can do for the REST OF YOUR LIFE.
  • THROW OUT YOUR BIG CLOTHES WHEN YOU GROW OUT OF THEM. OR donate them to a charity, or get in a clothing exchange with other weight loss buddies. Keeping them reminds you of failing your goal…
  • IF YOU MESS UP ONE DAY, OR EVEN ONE MEAL, WHO CARES? In the long run, one day is not going to ruin it. Shake it off and get RIGHT BACK ON TRACK. Dont wait “Till Monday” or “Next week”. HEck, start at the very next meal!
