Off kilter…A bit…

Well buddies, happy Monday! It is a dreary, wet one here in Ohio…So much rain that we are under all kind of flood warnings, and I beleive work has started on an Ark for us all to live on…

rn

I am feeling a bit off kilter today!

rn

I am very much a structured individual…I like my life organized and my routines in place…

rn

When this doesnt happen (and lets face it, it gets messed up a lot!) I feel a bit out of whack and a struggle insues…

rn

This week my whole weight loss diet and exercise routine are completely inside out…This is due to a personal situation that has taken me away from home for the week…

rn

Due to this, I have a different set of exercises, and a different facility I must use…I have to eat out A LOT, and I dont have computer access at night! Cant even jump on here and blog, or comment…(Hence why I read all your blogs, but havent commented much in the last few days!)

rn

So you can see, I am struggling…

rn

I am eating only when hungry, because I have to go out to eat…This means I am not eating as frequently as I should be or even as much as I think I should be…

rn

And my exercise is completely whacked…In just two days, I feel like I am losing it a bit…

rn

So I am worried friends…

rn

Now, this is a situation, kind of, of my own making, so its really no ones fault but mine, but I sure hope today I can gather some control of the situation and still end up with a loss for the week!!!

rn

EGADS…Isnt it crazy how life disruptions trickle down into every other part of our worlds?

rn

Well, thats about all I have to say today…

rn

Here’s hoping for a sunnier day tomorrow!

I’m so sorry you’re going through a difficult time no matter who brought it on.

Too bad you’ve lost so much weight or you would have  your own built in floatation device!!  (Just trying to get a chuckle out of you)

See if you can get the net on the Ark, we’ll miss you!

Well Sister, I sure know how you feel.  Sometimes I stay so out-of-pocket, I wonder if I’m ever gonna get back to normal.  But eventually everything does get back to normal…or as close to it as possible with our lifestyle!!

You’ve come this far, through a lot of rough times and situations, and you’ve survived.  And you’ll do it this time.  Yeah, you might take a tiny step backwards, but you always get back into that forward motion.  Just remember where you’ve come from.  If you’ve gotten this far, you’ll make it to the end.  Nobody told us this road would be easy.  There will be a few bumps and potholes along the way.  But that’s what we’re here for…to help you over the bumps and out of the potholes!

Sorry your life seems to be in a bit of turmoil at the moment, but, BUT, you are such a strong woman that I have confidende in you keeping yourself on track. Life will always throw curveballs, and those who can continue their gameplan will succeed.

I hope everything’s ok Dawnie.  I know you have a lot of decision and life changing moments to look forward to this year.  I pray that everything that happens, happens for the fulfillment of your life.  Hang in there my friend, you will come out of this on top.  This too shall pass!

I know the feeling…stay strong and just keep yourself thinking about what you want and that is to lose the weight.  I know it’s so hard.  Good luck Dawnie.

Hey you, I’m sorry thiongs are crazy for you right now. You know I’m here if you need me. Who knows, maybe this will work out to be a good change in your routine. It may help to take some of the anxiety out of eating out.

I understand the need for a routine.  I’m like you!  It helps with planning and staying on track and just knowing what your exericising will consist off, etc.  But the great part about your situation is the challenge of having to be creative.  Hang on Dawnie…..from what you said, it’s only for a week.

Oh I feel you Dawnie…life gets in the way of our life changes sometimes!  Sounds like you’re still powering through, trying to make the best of a rough situation, and that’s all you can do sometimes.  Glad you’re still able to check in from time to time so we can send you all our positive vibes to help keep you afloat!

I feel the same way.  With all the practice we are going to do and so many kids running around my house.  I feel like shocking them at times.  Take care

I think structure and planning are essential for our progress.  I see that you have lost 57 pounds!  Way to go girl!

    Dawnie-

Sounds like you are doing great, you aren’t using this as an excuse to eat terrible, you are still watching what you are eating, working out……… sounds wonderful!!!  How many times in our former fat lives did we watch what we were eating when we were away??  NEVER for me, so good job!
