Happy Friday all! Very exciting weekend here in Ohio, as I am sure you are aware!

I weighed in today and am only down one pound, but HEY, Gosh darn it! I will take it! I was/am sick most of this week and just couldnt get the work outs in like normal. I did try as hard as I could for being sick…

I reflected this morning on Scott’s previous blog about exercise, and I think he is sooo right. My food intake has been on par for months, and this week, I was extra good because I wasnt feeling well, but because of that lack of exercise, I was only down a pound…

So I guess I need to come to terms with that fact as well. For the rest of my life I will have to eat like I am currently and find someway to have exercise ALWAYS be a part of my life…

    Girlfriend, a one pound loss?is way much better than gaining!

    Well one consolation is that when you reach goal, you’ll have to ease up somewhere or you’ll?just keep losing til you’re skin and bones!!? Scrawny 2

    Hold on a second.. Did Dawn just say I was right about something??? Wow!!? Are you sure you aren’t still sick? ? Congratulations on your most awesome 1 pound loss!!? You are doing absolutely fantastic and I’m very proud to be your buddy!!? Can’t wait for the games!!? Hopefully the Blue Jackets can win your first NHL game..? And well the Bucks had better win!!!?     Take that 1 lb loss and run with it….I have been realizing that excercise is the key to my weight loss as well. So keep up the great eating habits and run with it–hehehe

    You know, one pound is 3,500 calories, that’s a lot…and those one-pounders add up, so girl, pat yourself on the back for a job well done.? Think about it, 1 lb. per week adds up to 52 lbs., in a year–I would love that!? So congrats once again!? Have a wonderful weekend, and I hope to see you around here this weekend!
